I offer this phono preamp - Actidamp MkII. It is hand-made by me (the seller), based on the famous Actidamp MkII circuit. The power supply is in separate box and has an EU plug on one side and DIN5 connector on other side. The preamp can be set up for MM or MC cartridge, and for 100 / 220 / 330 pF capacity. Both are settable by jumpers on the PCB, no soldering needed. Comes with MM / 330 pF pre-set, can be customized upon request.
