Hello! My name is Thomas and I run a company called PingRodeo (https://ping.rodeo/). 
I am in the business of providing internet security to my clients. 
This entails doing routine security checks against IP addresses attempting to connect to my clients servers. 
It also entails scanning the internet for malicious servers compromised by threat actors so that we may block malicious communication attempts before they happen.
To do this we utilize port scanning. 
We need providers that will allow us to port scan from their networks.
