I find it challenging to identify this plant with certainty, but I think it may be "Taxiphyllum barbieri" a.k.a. "Java Moss" or "Vesicularia ferriei" a.k.a. "Weeping Moss".

It grows both horizontal and vertical and I noticed it stays floating pretty much where you place it - great if you want to put shade on certain areas and deprive algae of (vital) light.

Besides this utility, it's just plain beautiful.

You'll be paying almost half of what you'd be elsewhere.
