MultiEcuScan 4.9 for diagnosing and programming Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia and other cars/brands that use their components.
Tested with a car using a Chinese ELM327. This is the only version I found that keeps the license key installed, doesn't quit after 20 minutes, secretly locks your ELM327, etc. Look at the MultiEcuScan site to see which colored cable you need for your vehicle.
It doesn't program out EGR/DPF/AdBlue.
