Made from by a over 100 y.o. family sour-dough-stem. 
Unbelievably good taste and excellent storing capabilities. Stays fresh for up to 1-2 Months! (for years in freezer) 
Double baked with a Sea-Salt layer on top at the end, gives it a crunchy, salty crust. 

Less is More! 
After tradition, only 3 ingredients: Organic flour (Rye, Spelt, Wheat) Water and Salt 
Weight: ca. 750g 


Incomparable with any industrially produced bread or even most bakery made breads. 

Since the bread is freshly baked only on demand, the price per piece is high. In an organic bakery you'd only pay about ~5$ due to the fact that they bake hundreds or even thousands of breads a night.
