These are shucked housings from Western digital. Included are the power and USB cable, Just supply a SATA drive. Retention tabs on the enclosure are clipped for easier drive swapping when upgrade is needed. However this means if you put the drive in something like a backpack, the cover could pop off, however these enclosures are intended to be left on a desktop as 3.5" drives are not as impact resistant as the smaller 2.5" drives used in laptops.
