I offer this original Cartier "Love Ring" in 750 yellow gold (18 K) in size 53. 
This is an original Cartier vintage design from the 1970s or 1980s. The quality was much higher back then. You can see this, for example, in the weight of the gold. This ring has 6.6 grams, while today's rings have only 2-3 grams.
The ring has been checked and professionally polished by a master goldsmith and therefore looks like new (see photos).
A gift case as seen in the photos is included with the order!
