Telegram accounts now need to be created on a non-rooted phone, using the official APK & sometimes even require non-aliased emails. For those who's setup doesn't accommodate that I will register an account for you & send you the sign in code via my session. Once you have it I will terminate my session & you can enable the 2FA password.

Specific country codes are available by request. (Prices may vary slightly) Default locale is whatever is most readily available. Normally somewhere in Europe.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE XMR UNTIL WE HAVE TALKED THROUGH SPECIFICS. I don't want anyone to lose xmr or have anyone end up double paying by mistake.
