Selling 11,500 shares in an established, privately held company in the UK.  The company is Escape the City, an IT and recruiting company that crowdfunded as a startup in 2012.  I purchased the shares directly from the company in the crowdfunding effort and have held them since.  This is a great opportunity to open a PE position in a private company that has been de-risked.
