Fully functional, not the prettiest.  But cosmetically acceptable and very solid overall.  Two hairline cracks one in LCD cover and one on the palmrest.  The bottem left mouse button does not click, I use the upper one personally.. 
Intended for somebody who has a high threat level, any journalists on MoneroMarket?
I can preinstall with Qubes or any OS if you like, or you can purchase without RAM and SSD if you would like to use your own.  
If your threat level is quite high upon request I can acquire some security transfer tape (for the box) and some security transfer warranty labels (for the bottom case) to help make sure the laptop hasn't been tampered with during shipping.  I could also encrypt it and send you the key after delivery.  Any little way you would like the transaction to be carried out that makes you feel safer I am willing to oblige.  
Returns are only accepted if the item does not arrive as advertised.  The 3740QM is not necessarily designed for this cooling  system.  Though the laptop does have the better heatsink for the T430 if you constantly push this laptop you could hurt the CPU through thermal throttling.  Fan control software and limiting CPU usage for your workloads to get under 90c is recommended by me.
The performance is still better than dual core, and generally temps are good.  Feel free to contactme
