For 10$ a month, i will host you your own Private Wireguard VPN Server. 'Fair Use Bandwith' is considered as much as you want until it starts costing me a significant amount of extra money, It will likely not become an issue unless you are web scraping, seeding, or something like this.
What it comes with:
Unlimited users and configs which can be generated from a private password OR invite code protected web interface. 100mbps-10gbps bandwith depending on the listing option you select (note higher bandwidth will increase the price). IPv4 Support. Unmetered fair use bandwith. You can have Root SSH access upon your request. Aswell as having your own VPN server, you will be granted an invite code to use https://anarc.host/vpn. I will provide instant 24/7 support via Email or XMPP incase anything unexpected happens.

Notes
Some locations may be out of stock, in this case you will be asked to choose another location or given a refund at your request. By default it will be configured to keep no disk logs of your traffic, activity, etc. NO identifying or invasive disk logs are kept unless you specifically request otherwise. endpoint addresses and bandwidth usage is temporarily stored in memory, wireguard-tools code has been patched so endpoint IP addresses are not logged to disk, and cronjobs are configured to automatically clear IP addresses kept in memory.
