Pure, dried chanterelle from North Savo and North Karelia Cantharellus cibarius is a prolific mushroom that appears in our forests as early as mid-summer. The golden yellow mushroom only gets better in the dehydrator, deepening in color and aroma.
Packed in an airtight glass jar.
20 g of dried mushrooms is equivalent to 150 g of soaked mushrooms and 200 g of fresh mushrooms.
Instructions for use Soak the dried mushrooms for 15-30 minutes before use.
